All prescription weight loss treatments are only dispensed following a clinical review and approval by our GPhC-registered prescribing pharmacist. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee a prescription will be issued.
Our pharmacist may request additional information, decline to prescribe, or recommend an alternative treatment or referral to your GP at their clinical discretion. Prescriptions issued are valid for use solely through Pharmacy Weight Loss Runcorn unless otherwise stated.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your medical history, current medications, or health status before each order. We may require updated consultations for repeat prescriptions.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.

You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK law and patient safety regulations.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
